At Observit, we approach technology and its development with optimism and openness as an asset that can and should benefit man and society without harming the environment.
Sustainability is one of the core principles of Observit's strategy and as such our daily activities are pursued in accordance with a set of commitments whose purpose is to have a positive influence today and in the future on all those with whom we interact.
Our underlying commitments are:
To adopt environmentally and socially responsible behaviour and to adhere to all legislative and regulatory requirements;
To raise awareness and encourage all those with whom we deal (employees, clients, suppliers, partners and the general public) to adopt responsible behaviour;To ensure transparency and integrity in our business dealings and in all the information that we provide;To improve our software and systems actively and continuously for the benefit of the clients, users and communities in which we operate;
To propose systems and products for managing electricity use that are highly effective and safe;To provide employees with training with a view to their ongoing career development and the fulfilment of Observit's objectives and policies;
To minimise energy consumption and waste in daily operations and to recycle and/or re-use the waste generated;To minimise occupational risks; To support and respect human rights, protect the right to work and promote harmony between work and family life;To minimise excess product packaging at source and optimise the use of transport;To develop and support actions aimed at integrating university students into the business world.
